(4) Public welfare posts have one of the following circumstances, the employer may terminate the labor contract, and terminate the labor relationship of the corresponding materials submitted to the social security department for the record, while stopping the issuance of subsidies:
1.Unable to work normally due to reasons such as poor health or skill level。
2.Having been employed by other means。
3.Absent from work without reason for 15 consecutive days or 30 days accumulated within a year。

5.Have committed illegal acts。
6.Failing the annual assessment。
