First, image acquisition work
1.All colleges should carefully summarize the experience of the 2024 academic photo collection, and prevent any accidents from the source;In strict accordance with the relevant requirements, conscientiously organize and implement, and effectively do a good job in the collection of image information for graduates of 2025。
2.Each school has a student assistant as a facilitator，Set up a "comprehensive information collection" working group with the shooting team of Xinhua Branch and teachers from the Teaching and Research Department，The assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating the collection of image information for graduating students of the department;Each class appoints two student leaders as assistants，Cooperate with the working group to do the image collection work。All colleges are requested to submit the names of assistants and assistants and their contact numbers to the Teaching and Research Office before April 10 to ensure the smooth operation of the shooting。The shooting time will be April 13th (see Attachment I for details of the order of photographing by department and class, and dress according to precautions)。
Second, higher education certificate image information collection
1.Image information collection is the only basis for graduates to obtain image information, requiring each graduate must participate in, and in accordance with the teaching and research Office arranged camera time, camera location in the order of information collection list to queue up to participate in the camera on time。
2.Students take pictures with the academic background image acquisition code of Xuexin network。Please view the collection code on Xuexin in advance and save it (see Attachment 2 for details).。Because the school does not have the right to manage student users of Xuexin, if you forget your user name or password, please follow the instructions on the Internet to retrieve your user name and password。
Third, re-shooting arrangement
In order to reduce missed shots and reshoots as much as possible, all departments must do a good job in image collection and organization, inform the students of the shooting time, and require students to arrive at the shooting place at the designated time to take photos。The re-shooting time is scheduled from September 1 to December 31, 2024, to the designated re-shooting point with the academic background image acquisition code for re-shooting, other times no longer accept the students。Affect the electronic registration of academic certificates, the consequences are their own。After re-shooting, send the photo and CD together to Office 512, Teaching and Research Office, 5th Floor, Library, Guiyang Information Science and Technology Institute。

4. Information verification
One month after the images were taken, the graduates logged on to http://www.chsi.com.cn) the top left corner of the home page "graduate image proofreading system", enter the query information, according to the system prompts, carefully check whether the information is wrong;Focus on proofreading the image, ID number and name three content, other information errors do not affect the electronic registration of academic certificates。The image information confirmed by proofreading can be directly used for academic information online。
