News (Youth League Branch/Yu Xin text/Wei Yajing picture /Wei Yajing）On June 30, 2023, the "Huaxi District 2023 College Graduates Employment Guidance" series of activities sponsored by Guiyang Huaxi District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, organized by Guiyang Information Science and Technology College Economic Management Department and co-organized by Guizhou Zhibang Baijiaxin Human Resources Co., Ltd. was carried out in D102 of our school。The activity focused on graduates' career psychology, resume design, interview skills improvement and other systems. As the first training lecture of the activity, the lecture was delivered by Ms. Xu Yazhen, founder and chairman of Guizhou Zhibang Education Group。

      Xu Yazhen combined with personal experience from the employment concept, self-analysis, role change, employment situation analysis and other perspectives to lead students to understand the employment situation, and enhance the awareness of employment before choosing a career。From the perspective of HR, Xu Yazhen taught students how to improve their skills and communicate efficiently in the interview process, and how to make the resume design more targeted。

      Through this lecture, further strengthen the students' awareness of career planning, enhance the students' understanding of the current employment form, clarify the goal and direction of employment, and let the majority of graduates master more practical job-hunting skills。This lecture is one of the series of education activities of our school to promote more full and higher quality employment for the graduates of 2024, and has been welcomed and praised by the graduating class。
